Privacy Policy

This policy covers the TradaPicks website (trada.bet) and TradaBot, the bot that runs in the TradaPicks Discord server. It explains what we collect, why, who it's shared with, and how to have it deleted. We don't sell your information.

What we collect

On the website

• Usage data. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records the pages you visit, the buttons you click, your device and browser, and your approximate location.
• Free-VIP claim form. If you submit a claim, we collect your name, email address, Discord username, your usernames on the partner apps you signed up for, and the proof screenshots you upload.

In our Discord server (TradaBot)

• Membership activity. Your Discord user ID and username, when you join or leave the server, and when your VIP role is added or removed.
• Messages with the bot. Messages you send to TradaBot by direct message, and our team's replies, are saved so our staff can help you. A copy is also sent to our team's private Telegram so we can reply faster.
• Claim submissions. Claims from the website form are posted to a private staff channel, where the bot reads them so staff can approve or deny them.
• Win screenshots. Images posted in our members' wins channel may be saved, and with staff approval shared as examples of member wins.

TradaBot only reads messages in a few specific channels (the staff claims and support channels, our picks channels, and the wins channel) and in its own direct messages. It doesn't read, store or analyze general chat.

Payments

VIP payments are handled by our payment provider, DubClub. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

• To give you VIP access, and to remind you when your VIP time ends.
• To review free-VIP claims and email you your VIP link.
• To answer your messages and provide support.
• To understand how the site and community are doing, such as daily join and leave counts.
• To send occasional emails about free-VIP offers you're eligible for. Every one has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run TradaPicks, and only so they can do that job:

• Discord, which hosts the server, the bot and our messages.
• Vercel (website hosting) and Render (bot hosting).
• Google Analytics (website usage).
• Telegram, which delivers private notifications to our team (pick results and copies of messages you send the bot).
• Upstash, which securely stores a copy of messages with the bot, including pictures, for our team's private inbox.
• Our email delivery provider, for VIP links and the emails described above.
• DubClub (payments).

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while it's needed to run your VIP access, claims and support, and to keep our records of past claims accurate. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
• Cookies: you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
• See or delete your data: ask us using the contact options below, and we'll take care of it.

Age

TradaPicks is for people aged 21 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
